As one of Exeter’s original independent agents, our service combines traditional service with the latest technology, tailored to meet your individual requirements. We are not a corporate controlled business. All our sales staff have lived and worked in Exeter all of their working lives.

You will always have the opportunity to see the people handling your sale, face to face in our busy city centre office. All your requirements are dealt with on a personal level by either the owner of the business, or a member of staff with over fifteen years experience in estate agency.

We sell every type of property, mainly in the EX1, EX2, EX3, EX4, EX5 and EX6 postcode regions.

Agreeing a sale is only half of the story. We will help assist the sales process at every step from the moment a sale is agreed, to the moment the keys are handed over. We make sure the process is as smooth as possible by keeping in touch with all parties and helping to answer any queries.

Don’t tie yourself down. Our agency agreement is for as long as you want it to be. All we would require is 21 days notice if you want to switch to another agent.

Get your property seen. As well as the major property websites including Rightmove and onthemarket.com, your property would be marketed from over 80 regional offices as part of the ‘property sharing experts’ group, the Southwest’s largest independent estate agent network. This means that your property would be marketed on over 80 additional websites as part of our standard sole agency agreement. There are six PSE agents covering Exeter. We also advertise in the local newspaper.
